Account & Data Deletion

If you want to delete your ConnectAI account and associated data:

In-app deletion (recommended)

Open ConnectAI → Settings → Account & Safety → Delete Account and follow the prompts.

If you can't access the app

Email support@connectai.work from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my ConnectAI account" and include your account email/username.

Child Safety Standards (CSAE/CSAM)

ConnectAI prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Content or behavior that sexualizes, endangers, or exploits minors is not allowed.

How to report

What we do

We review reports promptly and may remove content, restrict features, suspend, or permanently terminate accounts that violate these standards.

Legal compliance

When we become aware of confirmed CSAM, we take appropriate action consistent with applicable laws, including reporting to the relevant authorities (for example, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) in the United States), and we cooperate with lawful requests.
