By using connectai, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 13 (or older if required where you live). You’re responsible for your account, device security, and all activity under your account.
You own the content you post (profile text, links, messages).
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display your content only to operate and improve the service.
You agree not to:
Harass, threaten, impersonate, or spam others.
Post illegal content, malware, or content that infringes rights.
Attempt to bypass security, scrape data, or reverse engineer the service.
We may remove content or suspend accounts for violations.
You understand that connecting and messaging are user-driven. We don’t guarantee responses, availability, or outcomes. Use good judgment when meeting or sharing information.
Signing in via LinkedIn uses OAuth authorization flows; your use may also be governed by LinkedIn’s terms/policies.
External links (your “Linktree” links) take you off-platform; we’re not responsible for third-party sites, content, or practices.

AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You’re responsible for reviewing and deciding what to publish. We don’t guarantee AI results.
You can stop using the service anytime. We may suspend/terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk, or misuse the service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND (EXPRESS OR IMPLIED), INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT OR (B) $100.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Puerto Rico (and applicable U.S. federal law). Venue for disputes will be [San Juan, Puerto Rico], unless required otherwise by law.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
